WHAT TO BRING TO CLASS:

- Workout Apparel + Shoes (Ones you do not mind getting a little dirty)

- Towel to wipe all that sweat 

- Water and/or performance drink to stay hyrdrated

- Training partner, roommate, sibling, cousin, coworker to join the fun with you! 

- Cash for parking (if applicable) and merchandise (limited supply)

+ CAN I WATCH FOR FREE?

Absolutely! We welcome all visitors to check out what we have to offer and what we do.

 

+ HOW OFTEN DO YOU GUYS CHANGE LOCATIONS?

We change up class site locations approximately every 1-3 months.

New schedules are usually updated within the period between the last week of our current location(s) and first week of the new scheduled site(s).

 

+ DO YOU OFFER ANY FREE TRIALS?

Yes, we do! First class is always FREE for those who want to try it out. Spectators are always welcome at no charge.

 

+ HOW DO I REDEEM MY FREE TRIAL?

Just show up to our site location and we will get you situated. Please fill out a waiver prior to arriving so you can get straight to working out.

 

+ CAN I BRING A FRIEND?

Yes, you can! We encourage you to do so. Please be sure that both of you have filled out waivers and registered individually.

 

+ WHAT ITEMS SHOULD I BRING?

We highly suggest to bring a towel and water. Active attire and shoes are also recommended.
