Inspired by obstacle course racing, Hardkour Performance (HKP) breaks away from the conventional gym experience by offering equipment and workouts unique to training for such races. From our hand-picked team to our carefully selected choice of equipment, HKP’s goal is to provide functional strength and conditioning by utilizing everything from total body workouts to military-inspired boot camp training and circuit training.

Hardkour Performance partners with other local businesses associated with fitness, nutrition and apparel.

Based in Southern California, the HKP team will be hosting classes all over Orange County and Los Angeles County.

  • WHAT IS HARDKOUR PERFORMANCE?

    Hardkour Performance (HKP) is an obstacle course race (OCR) training company that provides classes specific to improving and preparing their clients for OCR events such as Spartan Race, Tough Mudder, Terrain Racing and Rugged Maniac. HKP is a mobile company that travels all over Orange County and Los Angeles county area and bases at a specific location each month. The HKP team brings the classes and equipment to its' clients. HKP also provides their own apparel line and their own branded equipment that is used in the classes and is also available online and select retailers for purchase.

  • I WANT TO TRY A CLASS BUT HARDKOUR PERFORMANCE SOUNDS INTIMIDATING AND APPEALS TO SOMEONE THAT IS ALREADY FIT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

    Though our name is intimidating to some, the HKP classes are open to all fitness levels of all ages. We have a broad range of clients as young as 16 up to 50 years of age. Some of our clients are beginners that just started working out to collegiate athletes to parents. Whatever your fitness background is, HKP can accommodate and adjust to your skill level. Even if you are not training for an OCR event, HKP classes can be beneficial by being a great way to mix up your workout routine, shock your system and test your overall physicality. Free trial classes are available for everyone to get a feel of our class with no commitment. Feel free to bring a workout partner as well! All you have to do is sign the waiver form and you are good to try out a class.

  • WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM A HKP WORKOUT?

    Expect a challenging yet rewarding workout. Classes are 50 minutes long with a warm up and cool down. The HKP team will be there to push you, motivate you and challenge you. Partner workouts are incorporated but majority of the time, you can go on your own pace.

  • WHAT TO BRING TO A HKP WORKOUT?

    Feel free to bring plenty of water or sports drink, a towel and an extra shirt to change into since you will get sweaty and a bit dirty from the outdoors. Make sure you wear some workout shoes that you do NOT mind getting a tad bit dirty.
