Sales & Marketing
The Harkour Performance marketing department is persistently developing new strategies to expand brand awareness, generate inbound site traffic, and increase our overall fan base. Marketing interns will not only work directly with the marketing team, but also with various other departments in order to implement activations, photo/video shoots, events, campaigns, collaborations, product placement with influencers, and much more.
Design & Production
Design & Production is one of the most valued divisions of Hardkour Performance. Interns will get the opportunity to work directly with our design team and see projects from start to finish with clothing design, artwork, graphics, and image retouching. Design & Production Interns must be proficient in programs such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Mac/Windows operating systems.
They will also receive experience in overseeing the process of making a concept into a physical product, and overall collections or special releases. This is a core aspect of the Hardkour Performance business and interns will get real hands on experience with product samples, coordinating screen printers/vendors, shipping logistics, and more. Gaining design and production experience is crucial for anyone who is interested in getting into the fashion business.
Branding / Web Development
Branding / Web Development is a key asset of Hardkour Performance's growing online presence. Branding interns will learn the process from deriving ideal elements into tailoring the brand's unique style and personality. Alongside, interns will learn the ins and outs of our backend and frontend work, including: developing & designing websites, social media branding, creating promotional graphics, and more.
Photography / Videography
Hardkour Performance photo / video interns have incredible opportunities to build their resume, portfolio, and reels. The brand works with an on-growing spectrum of professional athletes and social influencers. In addition, the brand develops a number of on-going projects that always require photo and video work, including seasonal look book shoots, special video productions, events, and shows.
Training & Event Planning
Training and event planning is the central piece of Hardkour Performance. Interns will learn about coordinating classes, attaining park venue licenses and certifications, proper form and lifting techniques, injury preventions, and more. They will work side by side with our certified trainers, park rangers, event hosts, and licensed professionals.

Flexible internship schedules are offered each season, depending on your work and class schedule (if applicable).
- WHEN ARE INTERNSHIPS HELD?
Hardkour Performance offers internships all seasons year-round.
- WHAT TIME COMMITMENT IS REQUIRED FOR AN INTERNSHIP WITH HARDKOUR PERFORMANCE?
There are no commitments for this internship. Interns put in the time they are flexible and willing to commit themselves to.
- WHAT IS THE COMPENSATION FOR INTERNSHIPS AT HARDKOUR PERFORMANCE?
The HKinternship Program is unpaid, however the exposure and experience along with school credit yield to making internships invaluable.
Our current full-time HKstaff began their careers as interns at the company.
