As every year begins, we all have goals that we set for ourselves. One of those goals is bound to be related to health and fitness.

With no hesitation, the Hardkour Performance team started 2018 by burning all those holiday meals we were not supposed to eat but did anyway..

A new year and a new location to start fresh and to continue to train for OCR events scheduled early in the year.
