01.27 Recap: OCR Training + Yoga
We had the pleasure of having our good friend, Darrell (@graydientvisuals), take some action photos of our Saturday class this past weekend.
As we continue to improve our programming to help benefit our performance at these obstacle course race events, we decided to implement the "yin" to the "yang". With our high intensity interval training, it made perfect sense to balance our programming out by adding yoga to the mix especially since yoga has tons of benefits for mobility, stretching, muscle recovery and meditation.
We would also like to welcome Janae to the HKP team as she will be the one instructing the HKyoga classes every Saturday immediately after OCR training for 30 minutes.
