Introducing our 30 HARDKOUR workouts in 30 Days:

  • All workouts can be done ANY WHERE: at home, beaches, parks or trails

  • Minimal to no equipment necessary

  • Scaled versions for ALL levels: beginners to advanced athletes

  • Workouts tailored for obstacle course racing and functional fitness

  • Suggested equipment list:

    • Sandbag (25lbs - 55lbs)

    • Weight Vest

    • Pull-Up Bar

    • Jump Rope

  • For $30 ($1 per workout), you can get a HARDKOUR workout that you can reference to that you can do on your own. Similar workouts that we use for our clients prepping for a Spartan Race, Tough Mudder, Dekafit or HYROX event.
